The General Assembly of the Jordanian Arbitrators Association held its annual ordinary meeting on April 11, 2026, at the headquarters of the Construction Contractors Association in Amman. A quorum was reached with the attendance of 68 members of the General Assembly who had paid their dues, as per the bylaws. The meeting was chaired by Professor Dr. Musleh Tarawneh, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Secretary Dr. Tahseen Qatawneh, Attorney at Law, presented the proposed agenda item for discussion. The General Assembly unanimously approved the minutes of the previous General Assembly meeting held on April 13, 2025, and the administrative report for 2025. It also approved the financial statements and the independent auditor’s report for the year ending December 31, 2025. The Assembly elected “Al-Tajammu’ for Consulting and Auditing – Dweik & Partners” as the auditors for the fiscal year 2026. The meeting concluded with the ratification of all previous Board of Directors resolutions up to December 31, 2025, and the discharge of the Board from liability for the preceding period.
