The Jordanian Arbitrators Association and "Haq" Company sign a memorandum of understanding to promote technological solutions and artificial intelligence in the arbitration sector.
In a strategic move towards digital transformation and the automation of legal procedures, the Board of Directors of the Jordanian Arbitrators Association, headed by Attorney Professor Dr. Musleh Tarawneh, met with a delegation from Haq for Legal Information Technology, represented by its CEO, Mr. Antoine Kanaan, and the company’s representative in Jordan, Mr. Ibrahim Kawamleh.
The two parties signed a formal memorandum of understanding aimed at empowering the association’s members and enhancing the efficiency of the arbitration system in the Kingdom through the application of the latest legal artificial intelligence technologies.
Under this memorandum, the association’s members will have access to the “Legal Digital Twin” technology, built on artificial intelligence (the first of its kind globally). This will enable them to manage arbitration cases more efficiently, analyze complex legal documents with greater accuracy, expedite work processes, and improve the quality of legal outputs, while fully adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection.
This step comes within the framework of a shared vision between the two parties to support the development of the arbitration sector in Jordan, empower arbitrators with advanced technological tools that keep pace with international best practices, and enhance Jordan’s position as a leading regional center in the field of arbitration and dispute resolution.
