The minimum arbitration fee shall be 2,000 dinars.
In the case of a sole arbitrator, 40% of the fee amount listed in the table shall be added to their fee.
If the arbitration period exceeds two years due to reasons attributable to either party, the fee shall be increased by no more than 20% of the fee amount specified in the table.
If the arbitration panel consists of three members, the fee of the presiding arbitrator shall be increased by 10% of the fee amount stipulated for each arbitrator according to the table.
